MEETING MINUTES

December 2, 2007

On December 1, 2007 the meeting held in the Manteca City Council Chambers was called to order by President Neaterous at 9:00 am.

Present were: Region 1 Davignon, Kranz, Knee Region 2 Region 3 Neaterous, Wagner, Scherer Region 4 Tryhorn

Region 5 Lanctot, Feinberg

Minutes of the November 7, 2007 meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $4,926 as of November 30, 2007.

Tournament Critique – November 17, 18 tournament held at Twin Creeks culminated our season of 39 tournaments.

Rankings – No changes as final tournaments played by participating teams had many roster changes.

Web Site – Bob Strand is successfully completing another year as NCSSA web master with over 103700 visitors using our site since April 13. Discussed ways of handling critiques that are submitted each year with no return address thus no one is able to answer the members concerns.

General Meeting – discussed any late proposals submitted by the membership.

2008 Tournament Schedule – made a few changes since last meeting. It will be ready for distribution in January.

New Business – Pete Davignon showed and explained a new team roster form that will be used next year. The roster will include a team zip code.

Next meeting is at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 13 in Manteca.
